How to Open the Bonsaii Safe for the First Time 1. Place the safe on a stable, secure surface and remove the emergency lock. 2. Insert the emergency key and turn it counterclockwise to open the safe. 3. Open the battery compartment and install 4 AA batteries (not included). 4. Press the reset button, enter a new 3-8 digit passcode, and press "#" to confirm. 5. Close the door and turn the knob counterclockwise to lock it.

Solutions for Lost Keys or Dead Batteries - The password will be restored to the default settings after replacing the batteries or charging the battery compartment through the USB Type-C port. - Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed information.
